I am Sylvi and I love to sew and create – whether it is bespoke handbags, memory bears or beautifully machine embroidered items.

I started creating when I was very young, first with paper cut-out dolls, designing their clothes myself. I then moved on to using fabric and learning to sew from my mum, making my own clothes. When I had three daughters, I began making their dresses and dance costumes for exams and shows. I took a break for many years, but during lockdown I rediscovered my love for sewing and machine embroidery – and found the wonderful creative world of handcrafted handbags and custom bag making.
